White Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Serves 4

Ingredients:

2/3 cup Whipping cream, chilled
6 Hard peppermint candies, crushed
3 1/2 cups Milk
8 oz White chocolate, chopped
1/2 tsp Peppermint extract

Directions:

Beat cream with crushed mints until stiff peaks form.
Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
In a small saucepan, heat milk to a simmer.  Mix in chocolate.  Whisk until chocolate is
melted and mixture is smooth.  Add peppermint extract.
Pour hot chocolate into mugs, and top with mint whipped cream
