Chocolate Truffles
Makes about 6 dozen
Ingredients:
3 Cups (10 ozs.)
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14-oz) can
Original or Chocolate Sweetened Condensed Milk
(NOT evaporated milk)
1 Tablespoon vanilla
extract
Coatings:
Finely chopped
toasted nuts, flaked coconut, chocolate sprinkles, unsweetened cocoa,
confectioners sugar or colored sugars
Directions:
Melt chips with
sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Stir 2 minutes or until
firm. Shape into 1-inch balls, roll in any of this listed coatings.
Chill 1 hour or until
firm. Store tightly covered
