Coffee Mint Frost

Makes 2 servings


Ingredients:

2 cups milk
4 teaspoons Instant Coffee
4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract



Directions:

Place milk and coffee in blender; cover. Blend until coffee is dissolved. Add ice cream, ice, sugar and peppermint extract; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
